Do I need to compulsory purchase the support plans after Any of the Product purchase?

Definitely not. A free support worth 3 months are included with your purchase and is sufficient. Paid plans are for on-demand and continuous support which you may need growing further.

Does the plan include support to Customizations accommodate to product afterwards?

No, for the customizations, there will be a custom maintenance plan as per the customizations achieved. It will be different for everyone and not generalized.

What if I do not wish to purchase support plan? How do I get support yet?

You do have free support (Limited) till your profile is active with us. Though, If you need more support, here we offer support on-damand with our standard hourly rate or a well-defined custom curated plan for your needs. It's as simple as that!

How critical tasks support and the priorities are defined?

Critical support tasks are analyzed and impacts are defined by our tech expert team, and according to the impact and the pipleline, priority support will be offered.
