  • Brush Your Ideas web-to-print SaaS software license is for single domain and/or single website. If you require to use our services for multi-domain and/or multi-website license, get in touch with us for custom quote.
  • Our Prestashop product designer tool requires custom installation. In order to integrate our tool to your ecommerce platform, get in touch with one of our product expert. Our team of analysts will guide you with installation and activation of custom product designing attributes. Based on the backend settings, the products marked as available for customization syncs automatically. However, the timeline for the same depends on the total catalogue size. We also offer Paid Support (where required) for end-to-end integration of the product designer tool.
  • Compatible with Prestashop v1.7.6.4. or later.
  • Any type of discount will not work in tool it will directly apply on cart once Product added in Prestashop cart.
  • It is mandatory to have a website with live domain on HTTPS to make sure that the social media import feature (Get Images from Facebook/Instagram) works properly. To get Facebook app ID, the customer needs to submit business Idea with Facebook and get approval as per their new algorithm.

No, it will support websites only in English languages.

What if I get an error message after the installation of Web-to-print - Extension Or 404 Error Page not found, after installing the extension?

Can I have a free trial of your product?

As per our company policy, we can’t provide our tool on a trial basis. But you can have a personalized demo from our product representative to get a better understanding of our product before investing in it. Do you have a refund policy?

No, we do not provide refunds as this is a Hosted solution. The payment will keep recurring as per the plan you select (monthly/yearly). If at any given point you want to discontinue the service, you will have to approach us and we'll cancel the order for you.

Can I upgrade to a different plan after the subscription starts?

Yes, you can upgrade to a different plan. If you need to upgrade the plan from Standard to Pro or Ultimate, you will need to contact our support team and place a new order. And once the order is placed, you will have to pay the balance amount for the completion of upgradation.

Can I edit the Web-to-print Extension?

Web 2 Print Extension is 100% Open Source. You can customize the Web-to-Print - Software except the file containing our license code. But before editing our extension, keep in mind that our support policy will expire as soon as you edit the extension and you will pay extra to receive further support from our end.

Can I transfer the license to another domain after I purchase it? If yes, are there any charges for the transfer?

Yes, you can transfer the license. And no, there are no charges for the transfer.

Customer can upload custom images of .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .svg file formats.

The admin needs to upload masking images in .svg file formats.

Is flash required to run this extension?

No, it is not required. Web-to-print Software is HTML5 based.

Are there any restrictions on the resolution of the product image?

Yes, to get high-quality output, you will have to upload a high-resolution product base image.

How to set the configuration so the customers upload high-resolution images?

Yes, you can set the minimum image size from the admin panel under the configurations tab.

How to create design templates?

To create the design template, Go to “Make the Design” option in the product grid.

How to see the design by a customer in the admin panel?

Do we need to add a separate catalog for designer products or will it work with the existing catalog?

No, there is no need to create a separate catalog for designer products. You just need to enable our designer tool for the designer products in your existing catalog.

Which image library is used in this extension?

The extension uses GD and Imagick libraries that are the default for PHP.

How will grouping of all objects work into the canvas?

When the customer will click on any direction button, then the system will move all the selected grouped objects on canvas with a specific pixel range specified on admin.

On what basis the object alignment will work?

Object alignment will work according to the design area canvas.

What should I do if Name & Number Feature is not working?

You have to enable Name & Number from product configurations and it will only work with multiple attributes of Configurable products.

Will this extension conflict with any of my existing Third-Party Extensions?
